FDA Warns Flatbread Facility, Seafood Importers to Clean Up

Food Safety NewsA sandwich, wrap and flatbread manufacturing facility and two seafood importers are on notice from the FDA for violations of the federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. SK Food Group, A.I. Foods Corporation and Harbor Marine Product Inc. were admonished for, among other things, the presence of Listeria monocytogenes and/or inadequate HACCP plans.
